Job Description

We are a Singapore-based consulting firm providing company incorporation and corporate secretarial services to international clients, particularly Chinese entrepreneurs expanding to Singapore.

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Corporate Secretarial Executive to support company incorporation and corporate compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle Singapore company incorporation via ACRA Bizfile+

• Prepare and file Annual Returns and statutory filings with ACRA

• Draft Directors’ Resolutions and Shareholders’ Resolutions

• Maintain statutory registers and company records

• Handle changes of directors, shareholders, and company information

• Prepare incorporation documents and client onboarding files

• Liaise with government authorities such as ACRA, IRAS, MOM

• Communicate with Chinese clients regarding company setup and compliance matters

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• At least 1–3 years experience in corporate secretarial work in Singapore

• Familiar with ACRA Bizfile+ system

• Experience handling company incorporation and annual return filing

• Knowledge of Singapore Companies Act is preferred

• Detail-oriented and organized
