Job Descriptions:

• 协助副厨管理厨房日常运作, 维护库存。确保菜品按照SOP / 标准进行。
• 具备高级的烹饪技能和创新能力。熟悉各种烹饪方法，调味技巧和食材的加工。
• Support the Sous Chef in running kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare and serve quality food by strictly following the preparation guidelines.
• Manage inventory and stock receipt.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum culinary certificate and at least 1 year of related working experience in dining restaurants. 拥有烹饪文凭，至少1年中/西餐中端餐馆厨师经验
• Must have Chinese wok skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Passionate about cooking 对烹饪有热忱
• Keen to learn with a good attitude; be punctual and well-disciplined

• Full of energy and spirit.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in fast-paced environments.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays; working hours may vary according to opening hours.
