Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Orchard Road – Peranakan Restaurant

We are looking for passionate and reliable Cooks to join our Peranakan kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking, learning heritage recipes, and working in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Peranakan dishes according to recipes and standards

• Assist with food prep, plating, and kitchen operations

• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in the kitchen

• Support the team during service hours

• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Basic cooking experience preferred (training provided)

• Willingness to learn Peranakan cuisine

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Responsible and punctual

Working Arrangements

• Full-Time: 5–6 days per week

• Part-Time: Flexible shifts available
