Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase, redemption, and refinancing of private properties;
  2. Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters;
  3. Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process;
  4. Draft letters and emails, respond to inquiries and messages;
  5. Timely completion of conveyancing transactions;
  6. All other incidental secretarial/administrative duties.

Requirements

  1. Have conveyancing experience;
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to handle practice management software (training provided);
  3. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision;
  4. Meticulous, responsible, and good interpersonal skills.
