Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase, redemption, and refinancing of private properties;
- Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters;
- Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process;
- Draft letters and emails, respond to inquiries and messages;
- Timely completion of conveyancing transactions;
- All other incidental secretarial/administrative duties.
Requirements
- Have conveyancing experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to handle practice management software (training provided);
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision;
- Meticulous, responsible, and good interpersonal skills.
