Contract Senior Graphic Designer (Healthcare Media & Engagement) (5 DAYS, CENTRAL REGION)

Location: Novena

Working Hours : 5 Days

Salary: up to 5K

Contract duration: 3 months

Job Description:

• Translate complex healthcare and population health concepts into clear, engaging visual communications
• Lead the design and development of campaign materials, including mascot-led outreach initiatives
• Create high-impact visuals across digital, print, and event platforms (eDMs, posters, infographics, certificates, event assets, and more)
• Manage the full design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives
• Review and refine design outputs from internal team members and external vendors
• Collaborate closely with project managers, communications teams, and stakeholders to support campaign goals
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects

Job Requirements:    

• Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, communications, engagement, or healthcare-related fields
• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end in a dynamic environment
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong visual storytelling, communication, and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse needs
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Resourceful and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships
