Job Description:

• Provide leadership and oversight of organizational operations

• Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into execution

• Align operational priorities with organizational goals

• Oversee day-to-day operations across core functions and services

• Establish, standardize, and improve operational processes and workflows

• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations

• Define and monitor key performance indicators

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and scalability

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and outcomes
