Jobs Responsibilities
Draft clear, empathetic, and professional apology letters that align with company values and service standards
Manage and support the timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback, ensuring effective outcomes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Claims, Telemarketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Support service excellence initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to customer journey improvements
Analyse customer feedback trends to identify recurring issues and recommend practical solutions
Prepare regular reports on customer service performance, insights, and improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Min. 3-4 years of customer service experience
