Job Description:

• Plan, manage, and execute manufacturing-related projects from initiation through completion

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, validation, EHS, procurement, and external contractors

• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, ICH, and other applicable regulatory and quality requirements

• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies

• Manage change control, documentation, and project reporting in accordance with site procedures

• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership

• Support equipment installation, process scale-up, technology transfer, facility upgrades, or continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are integrated into project execution
