Contract Procurement Operation Support (MNC, up to $6K) #HYN

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process
• Convert PRs into POs and contracts using ERP systems (SAP / Jaggaer)
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions
• Support preparation and issuance of procurement documentation and contracts
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance
• Support RFQ / RFP processes for engineering parts, MRO, services, and manpower
• Issue RFP documents and maintain sourcing records
• Perform supplier quotation comparison and bid evaluation
• Prepare vendor comparison matrix and evaluation reports
• Support procurement team in supplier selection and sourcing activities
• Handle vendor onboarding, vendor master updates, and offboarding activities
• Manage supplier documentation including: ISO certifications/BizSAFE/ Insurance and compliance documents
• Track certification expiry and maintain renewal logs
• Ensure a complete and auditable vendor documentation repository
• Ensure procurement and vendor records are audit-ready and compliant
• Perform checks on site audit documentation and supplier records
• Generate reports for procurement activities and vendor tracking
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams
• Coordinate approvals and resolve discrepancies in procurement processes
• Support ad hoc procurement and supply chain activities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Operations
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Jaggaer, Ariba, or ERP procurement systems
