Contract Patient Service Associate (West/North! 5.5 days a week !!) #HYNT

We are seeking Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations across Singapore!

Job Description:    

• Promote patient self-help and self-care through education and use of mobile apps
• Plan and coordinate healthcare programs with vendors (logistics, scheduling)
• Support daily clinic operations (registration, appointment booking, referrals, payments)
• Conduct basic health screenings (height, weight, blood pressure)     Handle patient queries and make follow-up calls     Provide general administrative support

Job Requirements:        GCE N/O/A, NITEC qualification, Diploma Team player with service excellence mindset Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
