Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT projects aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives.

• Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders through regular updates and reporting.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations.

• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Relevant Fields
• Experience in a banking environment is preferred
• Experience in end to end project implementation and delivery
• Project management certifications e.g. PMP
• Good team player
