Contract Bank HR RNF Licensing Specialist #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Conduct probity checks and support RNF appointment and update activities

• Maintain MyHR records for RNF licences, activities, compliance tagging, and documentation

• Perform daily employee screening and escalate alerts where required

• Support annual Fit & Proper exercises for RNF, non-RNF and MRT staff

• Assist in drafting and reviewing Code of Conduct communications and policy updates

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and compliance-related support as required

Job Requirements

• Prior HR experience is required
