Jobs Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Personal Data Protection matters; review and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory, legal and group requirements.

• Support business units in conducting data protection assessments and maintaining the Personal Data Protection processing activities inventory.

• Coordinate periodic reviews of Personal Data Protection processing activities with relevant stakeholders and processing owners.

• Work closely with teams on Personal Data Protection compliance, including privacy audits, data breach management and data subject rights requests.

• Support risk and control processes relating to Personal Data Protection, including monitoring first line controls and following up on remediation actions.

• Contribute to Personal Data Protection initiatives such as training and awareness, breach notification processes, reporting of indicators and maintenance of documentation platforms.

Job Requirements

• Min. 6 years of professional experience in Personal Data Protection is required
