Location: Chai Chee

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Roles and Responsibilities

* Review customer billings and update records in accounting software

* Review supplier invoices and payment runs

* Track project or grant income and expenditures

* Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation

* Assist in reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger

* Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, or new system implementations.

* Support finance team in administrative duties.

* Handle urgent tasks assigned during peak workload.

The Person

* Degree in Accounting or any related discipline

* At least 3 years of work experience

* Possess good analytical skills

* Strong IT skills and with working knowledge of Dynamics 365 business central and Microsoft Excel
