Responsibilities

• Review and resolve card scam related cases
• Responsible for conducting investigation into Cards related scam cases
• Provide investigation reports and information and documentation
• Assist in managing scam fraud follow up end to end processes
• Assist in administrative work related to all fraud cases
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Compliance functions
• Proficient in MS Office
