Community Care Officer / Executive (Office Hours / 5 Days / Immediately) #HJG

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach efforts to engage seniors in the community and promote centre activities
• Assist in planning and supporting events, programmes, and outings for seniors
• Collect feedback and help develop monthly and annual activity schedules
• Visit and engage isolated seniors to monitor their well-being
• Manage and track senior support cases
• Provide information on available government and community support schemes to seniors and caregivers
• Assist in referring seniors to appropriate services based on their needs
• Support recruitment, coordination, and training of volunteers
• Represent the centre at community meetings and engagements
• Handle daily operations including attending to walk-in and phone enquiries
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
• No experience needed, full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
