Job Summary

Support internal and external communications by creating engaging content, managing social media, coordinating events, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective corporate branding.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for internal newsletters, company announcements, and communication channels to enhance employee engagement
• Develop and produce creative audio-visual assets that foster emotional connection and immersive communication experiences
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries to maintain active community interaction
• Monitor social media trends and propose relevant content ideas to keep communication fresh and engaging
• Support planning and execution of company events including town halls, leadership sessions, team building, and employee recognition programs by managing logistics and communication materials
• Conduct surveys and interviews to collect employee feedback and identify opportunities for communication improvements
• Contribute to internal communication campaigns such as employee surveys, wellness programs, and change management initiatives to support organizational goals
• Ensure timely dissemination of information on internal communication platforms to maintain transparency and awareness
• Assist in drafting external communication materials and compile media coverage reports for internal use to support corporate reputation
• Generate daily media monitoring reports to track external communication impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and presentation across all internal communications
• Liaise with local business units to provide communication support aligned with their activities and needs
• Maintain consistent corporate identity and branding by educating teams, overseeing standards, and enforcing guidelines
• Support creation and socialization of regional communication strategies, toolkits, and guidance for major announcements and campaigns
• Contribute to developing a centralized content repository for local and regional teams to adapt for market-specific needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Public Relations and Communications or equivalent
• Experience ideating and producing creative communications materials
• Experience in project management and employee engagement is a plus
