To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Food & Beverage Department
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintains the cleanliness of refrigerators, cold room, working tables and kitchen equipment.
- Assists in various buffet set-up, replenishment and clearance and assists where necessary.
- Ensures mis-en-place is prepared according to the Hotel's standards.
Competencies
- Gain knowledge in various buffet set-ups.
- Gain experience in cleanliness management of kitchen equipment.
- Gain knowledge in Hotel's mis-en-place standards.
Requirements
- Vocational Qualification in Culinary.
- Able to work on a shift basis.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
