Job Description:

1. Responsible to assist the kitchen in preparing and cooking breakfast for guests.
2. Preparing and cooking staff duty meals.
3. Cleaning and ensuring that all the work stations are organized and properly sanitized.

Requirements:

1. Relevant prior work history and experience in a hotel kitchen.
2. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
3. Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
