Clinic executive

We are an aesthetics clinic in Orchard Road looking for a clinic executive to aid in the following:

-Maintain the clinic’s equipment and inventory/stock

-Procurement duties

-Assist in handling reception duties and housekeeping when needed

-Collate and organize sales reports, invoices, and service reports

-Human resource management including planning staff duty, keeping leave record updated etc.

-Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
