Clinic Assistant - Part Time (Mon to Fri)

5 days Work Week [ PH & Sunday Close]

Working Hours: 8.15am- 12.15pm

Salary: $1,200 neg

Location: Orchard

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Register patients for consultation & assist with appointments

• Assist the doctor in performing necessary procedures

• Support & work with the operations team to ensure smooth operations flow

• Assist in reception duties, registration and collecting payment

• Answer Phone call enquiries & clinic appointments with professionalism & care

• Keep accurate records of all clinic transactions

• Maintain a clean & organized clinic environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of clinic experience in the same role

• Pleasant disposition, good service attitude, high integrity, team player

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Computer-literate with basic IT skills

• Handle Chinese & English speaking patients
