Clinic Assistant

Working hours: Mon- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard
Salary range: $2500 - $2800

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.
• Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
• Computer Literacy is required
