Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and responding to phone enquiries.
• Process payments and ensure sufficient medical supplies.
• Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic while managing inventory and order supplies.
• Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially with parents and children
• Experience in receptionist duties and delivering outstanding customer service
• Comfortable and confident working with babies and children
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare procedures
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in healthcare support, administration, or related field is preferred

Salary: $2600 - $3500 , depending on experience

Workdays: 5.5 Days (After probation, you will be entitled to a 4.5 day work arrangement, inclusive of 1 weekday off)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturdays: 8:30am to 1pm
