Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Assisting medical professionals in clinic's daily operations.
• Attend to daily patients, phonecalls, whatsapp messages and emails.
• Appointment booking for patients.
• Handle patient's registration, collect payment and process insurance claims.
• Preparing blood test forms, radiology forms and other procedure bookings.
• Dispensing of medications and inventory stock take.
• Administrative work - retrival of Letter Of Gurantee for procedure, insurance claims, tracking of payments etc
• Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Job Requirement
• GCE O level & above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Good communication and patient service skills.
• Experience with Plato clinic system and TPA claims is an advantage.
• Willingness to cover duties at multiple locations when need arises.
• Able to multitask, work independently and maintain good organizational skills.
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning.
• Working days - 5.5days per week, Mon-Fri (9AM-5PM) Sat (9AM-1PM).
• Working location : Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard).
