Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and quality frontline services to patients
• Register patients and manage patient consultation appointments
• Provide assistance on daily clinic operations
• Assist on patient Medisave and Private Integrated Shield Plan submission
• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries
• Payment collection, cashiering and billing

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level with minimum 3 credits
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Those with no experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided as well.
• Relevant working experience in healthcare industry will be an extra advantage.
• Good team player, meticulous, service-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to converse and translate with Chinese-speaking patients (both locals and foreign patients), hence proficiency in Chinese is good to have
• One (1) full-time position available.
• Workdays every Mondays to Fridays (office hours) with one hour lunch break and alternate Saturdays (half day) – Please note that working hours may vary slightly depending on the clinic’s workload and operational needs.
• Work location: Located at Parkway Cancer Centre Clinic, Level #10-11/12 of Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital.
