Clinic Assistant

• Work with doctor and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations
• Cover all clinic duties.
• Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, answering phone-calls for appointments and enquiries.
• Managing third party insurance claims, Medisave claims and Medishield claims.
• Support Doctor during consultations and minor procedures, chaperone when required; assist within competency.
• Prepare consultation rooms, check equipment and consumables; uphold cleanliness and infection-prevention standards.
• Dispense medications in accordance with clinic guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Uphold high standard of service quality and patient safety.
• Perform any other duties to be assigned by the doctor.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Plato is a must. Experienced in helping patients in insurance claims.
• 2 years' of relevant working experience as a clinic assistant.
• Seeking a Chinese-speaking clinic assistant to provide translation support for patients.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Working location: Mount Elizabeth Orchard
• Clinic Operating hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) and Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
