Job Description
Responsibilities
- To answer phone call
- To handle WhatsApp text
- To plan travelling schedule for clinical staff
- To handle emails and create new patient records in the system
- call patient to verify details
- To liaise with various stakeholders regarding patient’s appointments
- rotate with other admin staff to handle after office hrs calls (abt once every 3 weeks)
- To maintain cleanliness of the clinic
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
