Client Services (Fund Management Support)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will support portfolio managers by conducting market research, executing trades, and reconciling transactions with partner banks and brokers. You will play a key role in managing investor onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with fund administration to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, subscription, and redemption requests by coordinating with investors to complete due diligence checks and documentation accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with business support providers to execute transactions and fulfill investor requirements efficiently and responsibly
• Conduct follow-up calls with investors to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance standards
• Maintain comprehensive investor records, including trade, settlement, funding, and reconciliation data, to support accurate reporting and audit readiness
• Assist in meeting tax reporting obligations and audit requirements through detailed fund administration and NAV reconciliation activities
• Support the preparation of marketing collateral to enhance investor relations and communication efforts
• Lead administrative and process improvement projects as assigned to optimize operational workflows and support business growth

• Utilize proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with clarity and precision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations

Relevant academic or professional experience in accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or private banking is advantageous.
