Job Summary

The COO leads and optimizes all operational functions at DNA Singapore, translating strategic vision into actionable plans to drive growth and efficiency across marketing, finance, HR, IT, logistics, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans that align with DNA’s strategic vision to drive business growth and operational efficiency
• Oversee core functions including Marketing, Business Development, Telemarketing, SPA, Customer Experience, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, Purchasing, Operations Management, and Compliance
• Coordinate and prioritize operational activities by collaborating effectively with the CEO, partners, and internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate operational priorities clearly and concisely to ensure alignment and timely execution across departments
• Monitor performance metrics across departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and achievement of organizational goals
• Manage compliance requirements to uphold company standards and regulatory obligations
