1. Food Preparation & Cooking | 食品准备与烹饪

Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to the menu requirements, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

2. Ingredient Management | 食材与库存管理

Manage ingredient usage and inventory efficiently to minimize waste and control food costs.

3. Equipment Maintenance | 设备维护与保养

Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of all kitchen equipment and tools.

4. Food Safety & Hygiene | 食品安全与卫生

Comply with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure all dishes meet quality and sanitation requirements.

5. Team Collaboration | 团队协作

Work closely with fellow chefs and service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and an outstanding dining experience.
