We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team!

As a Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the food produced of highest standard adhering to standard recipe
• Ensure the daily operations of the section assigned are maintained.
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team includes F&B Service Team
• Support the Sous Chefs on daily operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel/resort environment
• Commit to serving food of the highest quality
• Demonstrates culinary skills in various cuisine an added advantage
• Ability to maintain hygiene standards
• Willing to work shifts
