We pride ourselves on serving high-quality all-day brunch, artisanal coffee, and modern Western comfort food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. 💼 The Role

As our Chef de Partie (Western) , you will work closely with the Sou Chef to ensure every plate leaving your station meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and visual appeal. This role is a mix of hands-on cooking, supervising junior staff, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

🍳 Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of your assigned section, ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
Prepare and cook high-quality Western brunch and lunch dishes, ensuring precision in cooking methods (e.g., eggs, steaks, sauces). Ensure timely service during peak hours by managing workflow and expediting orders from your station.
Constantly spot-check food quality, portion control, and wastage, reporting any inconsistencies to management.
Food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain the work stations.
Ensure proper storage of perishable items and conduct temperature recordings for refrigerators and food.

📝 Job Requirements

Experience & Education
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Western kitchen preferred
Possess a Professional Certificate / NITEC in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of Western cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
A team player with leadership qualities who can also work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
5-day work week
