Job Description

What’s in it for you
The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen.


We are looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in Western and / or Local cuisine
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Proactive, with strong coordination skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)


Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté)

  • Prepare and cook dishes to high-quality standards

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

  • Monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste

  • Ensure SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed
