*Premium Steak Execution: Master the precise cooking and plating of all steak cuts, with a key focus on Japanese Wagyu Striploin and Ribeye to ensure perfect doneness and consistent quality.
*Station Management: Take full ownership of a designated station (e.g., Grill, Saucier, or Cold Larder) during service, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
*Preparation & Mise en Place: Execute daily preparation tasks for all menu items, including sauces, sides (comfort food focus), and ingredient breakdown, minimizing wastage.
*Quality & Consistency: Adhere strictly to Armoury’s standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to maintain our premium and consistent guest experience.
*Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with all kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and fast-paced service during high-volume periods (including our popular steak buffet program).
*Inventory: Assist in stock taking, receiving, and proper storage of all food items, paying close attention to the handling of premium ingredients like Wagyu.
