BlueTree Education is a growing enrichment and tuition centre dedicated to nurturing confident, capable, and curious learners. We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Centre Officer cum IT Support to ensure smooth daily operations while providing basic IT support across our centres.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Administration

• Support daily centre operations, including attendance tracking, classroom setup, and material preparation
• Handle front-desk enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Assist with invoicing, receipt issuance, and attendance recording using internal systems
• Ensure smooth coordination of class schedules and logistics

IT Support

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, and classroom devices
• Troubleshoot basic network, login, and system issues
• Set up and maintain computers, projectors, and other classroom equipment
• Liaise with external IT vendors when escalation is required
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and basic system updates
• Create various account access and prepare laptop for new staff

Requirements

• O’Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in administration, customer service, or education centre operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting (PC setup, printer issues, Wi-Fi connectivity, basic software support)
• Comfortable learning and using internal systems
• Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
