Call Centre / Team Lead (East, Contract, Office Hours 5 days) - HWX

Responsibilities:

• Answering of phone calls according to SOP
• Escalation of any issues that are not able to be rectified on the phone
• Assist in administration work / reply emails
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• min. Diploma and above
• Possess min. 1-2 years prior working experience in call centre functions
• Candidates with leadership or supervisory experience can be considered for Team Lead roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Team player and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
