Temp Call Centre Staff (Email Support) 📞

⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract

📍 Location: Ubi

💰 Salary: $2,300 per month

🕒 Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours; May need to work Saturday half-day

📌 Job Scope

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries via email only
• Provide accurate and timely written responses
• Follow standard templates and service guidelines
• Escalate cases when required and update records accordingly

✅ Job Requirements

• Min. A Level/Nitec/Diploma in any field
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage emails efficiently
• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs
