• Handle inbound calls, emails, or system enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Resolve customer issues, requests, and complaints in accordance with service standards

• Provide accurate information on products, services, or processes

• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required

• Maintain proper documentation and update customer records in internal systems

• Meet individual and team service level targets (e.g. call handling time, quality standards)

• Support ad-hoc service or operational tasks as assigned
