Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and achieving monthly targets of the café and all operational activities as assigned. 

· Managing staff's work schedules

· Conducting daily inspections of the coffee bar to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained

· Controlling inventory and ensuring Cafe food supplies and essentials are adequately stocked and wastage is controlled

· Submit all administrative documentation like orders, invoices, staff hours etc

· Reviewing diners’ feedback to improve menu or customer service

· Maintain and renew all required licenses, permits and certificates

· Plan and execute paid events with key partners and clients

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Key Requirements

· Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar role

· Excellent knowledge of F&B business and local regulations

· Excellent market information of F&B products and its latest

· Strong business acumen

Barista experience compulsory
