Job Title: Cafe Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Cafe Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

- Cashier Duties: Manage cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale system, and handle customer payments.

- Food Preparation: Prepare meals according to our menu, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

- Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and order supplies as needed.

Additional Daily Tasks:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards.

- Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide excellent customer service.

- Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Manage cash handling, reconcile cash receipts, and perform end-of-shift procedures.

- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is preferred.

- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices.

- Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., SFA Food Hygiene Certification) is an advantage.

Working Hours:

The Cafe Executive will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
