The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a national digital and transformation agency
• Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
• Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang
• Salary: up to SGD 3,450
• 11 months contract

The Talent

• Min Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies with strong written and verbal skills
• Experience in planning and managing events, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders

Job Description

• Support planning and execution of internal engagement and change initiatives such as events, brown bag sessions, and innovation activities
• Develop and tailor communication materials for different audiences, and track feedback to assess effectiveness
• Provide administrative and procurement support, including sourcing vendors and coordinating event logistics
• Assist in governance and data management matters, including reviewing data requests, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting cyber and data protection awareness activities
