Business Operations Analyst - Retail MNC/East/S$3500

A leading retail group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support its operations team. This role focuses on analysing data, optimising processes, and managing vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth business operations. It is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to grow within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational and sales data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Track store sales, KPIs, and commission/incentive payouts.
• Support new store openings, product launches, and events.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors to manage Brand Ambassadors and operations.
• Handle permits, airport pass renewals, invoices, and other admin tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Travel Retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Adaptable and detail-focused, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
