• Assist in Quality Assurance Framework; collation of demerit points and Quarterly Score Card
• Workplace planning and periodic Monitoring of travel, gifting and entertainment claims for all levels (sample basis).
• Contact Report periodic monitoring and maintenance of gift register
• Assist in management reports and presentation materials 
• SCA-CAA productivity analysis (for resource optimization)
• Data Maintenance (Market Coverage, Pairing list, Front Office Reference Guide)
• Own and manage business data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline with min 1 year experience in business management, operations support, reporting, or project coordination within banking or financial services.
