Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with management to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
