The Job

• Use data to identify opportunities and improvements in Insurance & Investments.
• Analyse data across systems, interfaces, and application sources to derive insights.
• Build dashboards and visualizations (“Control Towers”) to present clear, actionable findings.
• Run analytics experiments, interpret results, and support fast business strategy adjustments.
• Apply the Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to maximise value from data and align with business teams.
• Gather and rationalise requirements from stakeholders across Consumer Banking.
• Work with team members to design long‑term, standardised, low‑operations business solutions.
• Document data flows, solution design, business logic, and testing approach using predefined templates.

The Talent

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, visualisation tools, or data storytelling.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Good understanding of customer journeys, business processes, or product operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to document requirements and solution designs clearly and accurately
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
