Job Summary

Provide professional body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and supporting business goals in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients according to company standards
• Meet personal treatment completion targets, client attendance goals, and service quality objectives
• Provide attentive and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies
• Work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess professional massage certification recognized by SPF Massage Licensing Department, such as ITEC or CIBTAC
• Demonstrate practical experience as a body therapist with skills in various body therapies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role within a luxury spa or fitness environment
