BIM Modeler (Architectural/Structural/M&E)

Scope of Work

· To develop BIM models, ensuring alignment with the project requirements

· Regularly monitor modeling and drawing and report to Project Team.

· Work closely with consultants to ensure smooth communication and coordination

· Able to produce shop drawings and update revised shop drawings as commented by Architect/Engineer/Project Team.

· Advise the constructability and as-built model with BIM.

· Able to perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager/Director.

· Support project team at different stages of the project.

Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.

- Proficiency in BIM software, such as ArchiCAD

- Knowledge of Construction basic and MEP systems to form BIM model

- Identifying and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the BIM model
