Job Summary

We are a fast-growing shipping and investment management group, seeking a Billing Officer / Billing Executive to handle customer invoicing, billing verification, and accounts receivable support. Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, issue, and archive customer invoices accurately to ensure timely billing and revenue capture
• Maintain detailed billing and accounts receivable records to support effective payment tracking and follow-up
• Support month-end closing processes by performing reconciliations and assisting with revenue recognition to ensure financial accuracy
• Coordinate and communicate with operations, customers, and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries and streamline processes
• Utilize Excel to analyze billing data and generate reports that support decision-making and operational efficiency
• Manage workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality financial documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or trading industry to enhance understanding of sector-specific billing processes is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or finance-related experience demonstrating capability in financial operations
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is compulsory
