Billing & Collections Executive UP 3.2K #HYT

Location: Bukit Merah
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (with end-of-contract gratuity)
Salary: Up to $3,200 per month
Headcount: 6 positions

Key Responsibilities

• Make reminder calls to patients to recover outstanding bills
  Assist patients with billing enquiries, Medisave questions, and financial assistance matters
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes or inconsistencies
• Record all collection activities accurately in the system
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties for billing follow-up
• Perform administrative and reporting duties as required

Requirements

• Min GCE A Level or Diploma (Accountancy-related qualification preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control
• Alternatively: 2 years of strong customer service experience with good communication skills
