The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global technology organization – to hire an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst (Data Centre) to support regional Data Centre Operations across APAC.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data centre operational and financial performance, develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, and design digital tools that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings strong data centre domain experience, advanced analytics capabilities, and hands-on expertise in Power BI and Power Platform, with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights for regional stakeholders.

The Talent

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
Hands-on experience analyzing data centre-specific metrics such as operational performance, capacity, cost optimization, and benchmarking across sites.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard storytelling for business and operations monitoring.
Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate for workflow automation and process digitization.
Proven ability to pull, organize, and analyze large operational and financial datasets, identify inefficiencies or overspend, and translate findings into business recommendations.
Solid understanding of Dataverse schemas, relationships, APIs, and solution management.
Experience integrating data from enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-based services.
Comfortable supporting a regional APAC role, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones with US and EMEA stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Coding experience in JavaScript, C#, or JSON for advanced customizations.
Scripting experience using PowerShell or Graph API for automation and monitoring.
Familiarity with enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Analyze complex operational and financial datasets to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across data centre operations.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational reviews and decision-making.
Standardize KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across regional teams.
Design, build, and enhance digital solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to digitize manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop end-to-end workflows, approvals, and automation using multi-step flows.
Build and maintain scalable data models, transformations, and secure data pipelines.
Administer and maintain digital environments and solutions in line with governance and cybersecurity best practices.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
Drive adoption through user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Act as a subject matter expert on data centre operational metrics, data quality, and analytics tooling.
Contribute to regional digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
